At Kaffa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium coffee experience. If your order doesn't meet our freshness standards, we offer a 14-day return window for all non-perishable items and replacement support for coffee products.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@kaffa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for safety reasons, coffee bags must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
